"An artist yes,... but it is my art that constantly redefines who I am and everyday I listen for my unique voice to enjoy the change in pitch, timbre or volume.  I’m both a work-in-progress and a progressive work.  I work, as much from painting with water colors and poetry as from make-up, song and movement…I seem to be the seer as much as I am she who is seen.  My very existence is as much inspired as it is created. This begins the yin and yang of who I am."
